Organisations can have unlimited hierarchical relationships, so you can record details of branches, groups or subsidiaries together. Horizontal relationships between organisations can also be defined, for example linking a prospect to their various professional or technical advisors record.

Greentree’s Sales & Marketing module provides a range of tools for full sales cycle and campaign management, pipeline reporting, quote creation and automated invoice or sales order creation.With on-line access to inventory products, prices and availability, your sales staff will be able to create accurate quotes and automatically produce these using Microsoft Word or Excel.

Contracts & Service Level Agreements

The Contracts & Service Level Agreements module allows specific customer support or maintenance contracts to be defined and managed. This includes the products they cover, the contract period and the cost per contract period. Parent/Child contracts are supported for more complex organisations with either multiple contracts or multiple sites.

Asset Management

Greentree’s Asset Management module caters for the tracking of physical assets, including those within your organisation and optionally any that are serviced at external locations. External assets may include your own items, or those that you have sold and now maintain under a warranty or service contract agreed with your customer. Bookings Management

Greentree Bookings Management is a comprehensive and efficient solution for organisations that require co-ordination of events or booking of resources. Greentree even has the facility to invoice attendees, making this module applicable to training courses, seminars and other revenue generating events.

Greentree’s Bookings module provides a management and planning solution that will ensure double bookings are managed while maximising resource capacity and revenue. The integrated booking planner is a visual, calendar-style representation of your organisation’s current and future bookings. The planner has full drag-and-drop functionality, making it simple to use for any operator.

Integrated into the bookings system is a flexible billing structure that allows daily, weekly or monthly rates to be defined. Invoices can be raised automatically, either for the entire booking or on a progressive basis. Quotes can be automatically created for tentative bookings and contract documentation can be produced directly from the booking.

Fund Raising

Fund Raising allows charity organisations that receive pledges and donations to capture whom the pledge/donation is from, what it relates to and the amount involved. It also allows for the processing of money received. Pledges and Donations can be revised ensuring a full audit trail of all revisions is maintained. This is performed with the use of a version number, which reflects the original Pledge/Donation.

Over the Counter Sales

The Greentree Counter Sales module caters for ‘over the counter’ sales transactions, providing customers with prompt and accurate sales details at the counter. The powerful integration into the Greentree financial module means as soon as payment is received the item is processed, giving Sales personnel real-time information at the time of the sale.
