Training Events
Introduction to Greentree with Accounts Receivable
This Greentree Course introduces the look and feel of Greentree, using the mouse and keyboard to navigate throughout the system. Participants will become familiar with the main functions of Greentree and receive tuition in areas such as Master File maintenance, printing batches and reports, input of basic invoices and all other vital Greentree functions. An overview of the Accounts Receivable module is also incorporated into the Introduction. Participants do not require any prior knowledge of the Greentree product, its modules or their functionality.

General Ledger and Accounts Payable
We will cover the major General Ledger features, including its integration with other modules. We will also look at the manner in which Cash Management interfaces with the General Ledger and other modules.

Excel & ODBC with Greentree for Reporting
In this training course, attendees will learn how to retrieve live online data from the Greentree database in order to produce various financial reports in Excel. You will also become familiar with using Excel to update Greentree with General Ledger account budgets, General Ledger journals and raising AP & AR invoices etc. This session will also provide instruction on how to use ODBC to extract data from Greentree for your specific reporting requirements.

CRM – Contacts and Relationships
At the conclusion of this session, participants will have a firm grasp of the primary tools, design and value of Greentree’s CRM for managing your front office operations.

CRM - Sales & Marketing
Attendees will learn the key ways in which Greentree CRM can ensure that the Sales & Marketing process is managed in a timely and efficient manner.

Introduction to Inventory & Sales Orders
The aim of this course is to provide each user with a complete understanding of the Sales Order process. We will also introduce participants to basic Inventory concepts in relation to Sales Orders.

Purchase Orders & Advanced Inventory
You will learn all aspects of the Purchase Order module, including its integration with other modules. We will also cover advanced Inventory features including costing methods and stocktaking.

Service & Support
On completion of the Service & Support modules, attendees will be able to use Greentree CRM to manage and control Service & Support calls, actions and resolutions.

Asset Management
